We had the honor to have Jeremy and Melisa shoot our wedding. I do not even have the words to express my gratitude for them! Jeremy was on point with everything I wanted and so organized and Melisa she was simply AMAZING! Melissa was my right hand girl. She bustled my dress, she help me change into my second dress. She was constantly there fixing any problem that occurred and set the fires out. I can’t even thank them enough for all the work they put into our wedding. By the end of the night they definitely became family and I will absolutely be using them again! Thank you guys for making our day so memorable!

When planning a wedding, you know from the get go the process might be a bumpy road. From our view, every decision was carefully looked over, and thoroughly researched; and why would you not? It’s the biggest day of your life, and you have to find someone who you trust to document ten or so hours of your life that you can’t do a “second take.” And that means everything must be perfect, and while nothing in life is perfect, my wife and I picked the perfect people to document the best day of our lives. It doesn’t matter if you’re in a business setting, or on a personal level, comfortability is everything, and that is where Jeremy and Melisa shine. It was incredibly reassuring knowing that while so much was going on around us during the day, we could trust them to call the rights shots to make sure everything was photographed and captured Perfectly; and it was. As your reading this, you know weddings are expensive, and you’ll have to deceiver what works in your budget and what doesn’t. Do yourself and a favor and don’t skimp on the photographers. Throughout the day, Jeremy and Melisa served as of course the photographers, but much more… They guided us and our wedding party through a few hoops, but never lost their cool. In fact, while the wedding party was running late to the ceremony, my wife’s lipstick fell on her dress. While people were understandably freaking out, Melisa kept her cool by pinning the dress, completely concealing the red stain. Meg said Melisa literally saved the day. As the day progressed, my wife and I kept saying to each other how glad we were that we hired “Your Story.” Their presence was there, but it wasn’t. Jeremy and Melisa captured every moment of the biggest day of our lives while being a fly on the wall. They made suggestions to us, but weren’t pushy. At the end of day, we trusted Jeremy and Melisa to capture and document the most precious 24 hours we’ve ever endured, and they did exactly that, plus some. “Your Story” isn’t just the name of the company, it’s their backbone and what they stand for…meaning it’s your day, it’s your life, it’s your moment, they just aspire to capture it to the fullest… and they certainly did for that us.

Kristin + Brendan

We just got married Saturday and I had to get on ASAP and write a review saying how amazing Jeremy and Melisa are. I am particular, and honestly high strung when it comes to events I plan. Obviously, my wedding was no exception. They were beyond incredible. We had friends who aren’t even engaged yet asking for their card. We felt comfortable getting photos taken and felt like we got so many good shots without sacrificing time with our guests. I surprised my husband with our dogs as ring bearers and it made me a crazy person the hour before the ceremony thinking that after months of keeping it a secret it would be ruined by him seeing them right before. Jeremy and Melisa were on top of it and made sure it went smoothly. When I talked with Jeremy about the wedding he said that not only was Melisa a great second shooter, but that she also would have everything we needed the day of. He was not joking, her tide pen helped get out a huge stain on my dress that happened during the ceremony. I could go on and on about how amazing they were. If you have the opportunity I would definitely hire them ASAP

Talk about the dynamic duo to make our day perfect! Jeremy and Melisa are beyond great to work with in every aspect! I could not be more thankful for everything they did for us that day! Melisa helped me in and out of my shoes when my feet hurt, she helped find glue for my eyelash when it started to come off, she helped me during my dress change, kept us on time and most of all cool, calm and collected! They work so perfect as a team. It was cool to see them hit every detail and help each other see different things from different angles. Jeremy is so amazing at the logistics of everything and making the day come together. We had a lot of laughs throughout the day! They are responsive, professional and so caring. You shouldn't have any hesitation in working with them. They made everything better than expected! Oh and the pictures.... the best part... I do not like pictures of myself and they captured moments and shots that made me feel so good! I will forever cherish these photos and am so happy J&M took them! Thank you so much

Jeremy and Melissa were a dream to work with. The planning process with them was easy, seamless, and they helped me create and organize my timeline. They made made us feel comfortable and at ease during our engagement and wedding pictures. And they did an amazing job taking my ideas and creating a clear vision. Overall, they provided a calmness to me on the craziness of my wedding day and had a solution every time one was needed. We could not be more grateful to them and are absolutely loving our wedding pictures.

We could not say enough good things about Jeremy and Melisa! We got their name through word of mouth, and after meeting with them for our engagement shoot, we knew we had made the best decision. They traveled all the way to Dallas for the engagement shoot and knew exactly where to take us for photos in the locations we had chosen. On our wedding day they were beyond prepared and Melisa jumped in to help us iron pocket squares, steam dresses, entertain our flower girls, etc. etc. They made the wedding day run smoothly and helped to keep everyone on a timeline. They are more than just photographers, they're absolutely wonderful people, and we recommend them to everyone! Not to mention our pictures are beautiful!

Your Story was an absolute joy to work with. Jeremy + Melissa are such a great team, and made us feel comfortable and organized since the moment we booked them. As a type A bride, Jeremy was my perfect match. He has a very clear planning sheet to help you plan and keep your vendor information in one place, organize specific shots, and more. He was also so kind in keeping my large wedding party focused and in order on the day of the wedding. Melissa was a great addition on the day of. She was very comforting, and was like the Mary Poppins of weddings! Not only is she a great photographer, she helped to keep us calm and aid in bustle adjustments, holding items, etc. She helped the day go smoothly. There are not enough words to describe how amazing these two are. From our first meeting, I knew that they were something special. Jeremy and Melissa weren't just interested in knowing the details of our wedding, they wanted to know about us as people and truly took the time to discover what was important to us. After booking with them, we had an amazing engagement shoot and the photos were simply breathtaking. We simply couldn't wait for our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, Jeremy and Melissa went above and beyond. They not only took spectacular photos but they helped us deal with many things that occurred throughout the day. Their wedding knowledge saved us from several mishaps and they made the day so enjoyable. They were fabulous to work with and I feel like we made new friends! I don't even know where to begin! Jeremy and Melisa are not only incredible photographers, but they are AMAZING people. My husband and I live in KC so we were worried about not being able to meet with a photographer in St. Louis before booking. We ended up Skyping with Jeremy and Melisa and knew we had to hire them the minute we ended our video chat. It was important for us to take our engagement photos in KC because that is where we met so we were thrilled when Jeremy and Melisa said they would come to us! From day one they were there for us to answer questions and give advice. They recommended other wedding vendors to us as well. They are truly more than just photographers. They really care about their clients and want to help them in any way they can. Melisa was there for me when my anxiety kicked in before walking down the isle (along with the weeks leading up to the wedding). They checked in with us often and Jeremy worked with us to create a timeline for our entire day which was super helpful. They were by far our favorite people to work with during the wedding planning process and on our big day. We were able to see our photos after just two weeks, and they are absolutely perfect! Book them now!!! Jeremy and Melisa are not only amazing and talented photographers, they are awesome people! We had such a great time getting to know them throughout our planning experience. Melisa's passion is serving her bride's and it is like she found her calling. I had some unfortunate events occur with my wedding gown and she attended appointments with me to be sure that I was treated fairly by the bridal boutique - who does that?!? And Jeremy is full of ideas. We leaned on him to really plan the timeline for the day. He did a perfect job of listening to our "story" and chose photo spots that fit with our story. Not to mention, he is the fastest photographer in town! We had 19 in our bridal party plus 26 kids and he was able to capture all the group photos we wanted - amazing!
